What we collect
The pilot request form stores your email, requested modpack, group size, region, optional notes, referral source, and consent. We use these to evaluate and contact you about the pilot. We do not sell the list. Pilot requests are removed after 180 days.
Your account and server
Sign-in uses a single-use email link and an essential session cookie. Sessions expire after seven days. Connected servers provide operational logs, supported configuration, player names, job results, and backup metadata. Conversations are retained for up to 90 days.
AI diagnostics
When you choose to use the assistant, your request, recent conversation context, and a limited server snapshot are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. We attempt to redact credentials, email addresses, and IP addresses; automated redaction is not perfect. Do not submit secrets or personal information in chat. You can use manual controls without sending an AI request.
Providers and analytics
Railway hosts the control application. Email sign-in uses Resend when enabled; payments use Stripe when checkout is enabled. Optional offsite backups use configured object storage. The free log-check tool runs locally and does not upload your log.
We record aggregate counts of demo opens, pilot-form opens, guide visits, and log-check use, along with a short referral-source label. These counts do not include your log or a persistent analytics identifier. Security rate limiting uses short-lived hashes of request identifiers.
Contact and deletion
To contact the pilot operator or request deletion, use the pilot request form with your email and a note describing your request. A support mailbox will also be provided before hosting is activated.
During the pilot, account and world exports and deletion requests are handled by the operator. Retention for a paid server is agreed before activation. We preserve cancelled worlds rather than silently deleting them.
